As you may be aware, there is no cell service in our area yet, nor are telephones readily available. So how do you call for help? In Case of FIRE or EMERGENCY, calling for HELP is easier than you think.
The best way is to go directly to the Fire Station and Push the Emergency Alarm! The alarm box is located on the west side of the building near the office entrance. The station siren will sound as well as a radio signal will be transmitted to summons the Fire District personnel. Please wait at the alarm station until volunteers arrive so that you can inform them of the emergency and give appropriate details. This is the fastest way to summons aid. Do not try to locate the Northwoods Caretaker, Firefighters or Eagles Cliff Store personnel.
